No-Bake Mango Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
2 glasses graham wafer morsels
2/3 glass spread, softened
1/3 glass sugar
FILLING:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons virus water
2 bundles (8 ounces each) cream cheddar, relaxed
1-1/3 glasses sugar
1 glass overwhelming whipping cream
2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate
1/2 huge mango, stripped and cubed (around 3/4 container)
4 new strawberries, hacked
Coating:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons in addition to 1/2 container virus water, separated
1/2 extensive mango, stripped and cubed (around 3/4 container)
Whipped cream
Steps to Make It
1-In a little bowl, blend scraps, spread and sugar. Press onto base and 1 in. up sides of a lubed 8-in. springform skillet..
2-For filling, in a microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin over virus water; let stand 1 minute. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds. Blend and let remain until gelatin is totally broken up, around 1 minute. Cool until incompletely set.
3-In a vast bowl, beat cream cheddar and sugar until smooth. Step by step beat in cream, vanilla and gelatin blend until mixed. Overlap in mango and strawberries. Pour over outside layer. Refrigerate while getting ready coating.
4-For coating, in another microwave-safe bowl, sprinkle gelatin more than 3 tablespoons virus water; let stand 1 minute. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds.
5-Loosen sides from skillet with a blade. Expel edge from dish. Topping with whipped cream, and extra mango and strawberries whenever wanted.
