Blueberry Strawberry French Toast Casserole is a scrumptious medium-term dish, made with day old French or Italian bread, crisp strawberries and blueberries, and finished with a sweet blueberry sauce that will bolster a group for breakfast or informal breakfast.
Ingredients
French Toast
12 cuts day-old French or Italian bread cut into 1-inch 3D shapes
2 8 ounce bundles cream cheddar, cut into 1 inch 3D shapes (Can utilize light)
1 container crisp blueberries washed and depleted
1/2 container crisp strawberries cut
Custard
12 eggs beaten
2 mugs milk I utilized Almond Milk
2 teaspoons vanilla concentrate
1/3 glass maple syrup
Blueberry Sauce
1 glass water
1 glass white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 glass new blueberries
1 tablespoon margarine
Steps to Make It
1-Spray a goulash dish or 9x13 preparing dish with cooking shower. Mastermind a large portion of the bread shapes in the dish, and top with cream cheddar 3D squares. Sprinkle 1 container blueberries and 1 glass strawberries over the cream cheddar, and top with outstanding bread 3D squares.
