Ingredients
1/2 cup Brown Sugar inexactly pressed
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
1 tbsp Cornstarch
25 All-Purpose Meatballs (solidified assuming fine)
1 cup Drained Small Pineapple Chunks
2 tbsp Sliced Green Onions for trimming
Rice for serving
Steps to Make It
1-Add dark colored sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce and 2 cups of pineapple juice to a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Heat to the point of boiling.
2-In a little bowl, blend cornstarch and remaining ¼ cup pineapple squeeze together, rushing to get out every one of the knots. Rush into your skillet and include Meatballs. Bring to a stew. Spread and cook 8-10 minutes, until sauce has thickened and the meatballs are warmed through. Blend in pineapple pieces. Serve warm over rice.
